Does my product come with a guarantee?

All Kiki James products are handmade using the finest genuine leather and we strive to satisfy our customers by producing the highest quality luxurious leather goods. In the unlikely event that anything goes wrong with your product such as the need to replace corners, buckles or stitching then we offer a 12 month warranty from date of purchase to repair or replace your product free of charge. Do you offer a refund or exchange policy?

Kiki James, London offers a 30 day no quibble refund or exchange policy for all products bought from us within 30 days from the date of purchase - no questions asked. We hope this will give you complete peace of mind about the products you are buying. Please note that we cannot offer a refund or exchange on items that have been personalised.

How do I return a product?

Please phone us on 0800 634 4933 or email us enquiries@kikijames.com and a member of staff will issue you with a RAN (returns authorisation number). The warehouse address that it needs to be sent back to is Kiki James London Ltd, Unit 69, Spaces Business Centre, London SW8 3NS .

Please ensure you dispatch the goods either registered post or with a courier when you return them to us, as we cannot be held responsible for returned goods lost in transit. Kiki James, London is not responsible for the cost of returning the item. Please note that we cannot offer a refund or exchange on items that have been personalised.

If you require return of a product due to a fault or manufacturing defect within the first 12 months, please call for a returns number. You may send back the faulty/defective goods at your own cost or you may contact us for a quote for collection (only available within Mainland UK).
