These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website and by accessing this website and/or placing an order you agree to the terms and conditions set out below. 2. Product Descriptions

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Although we aim to keep the website as up to date as possible, the information including product descriptions appearing on this website at a particular time may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order. We attempt to be as accurate as possible when describing products on the website; however, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that product descriptions, colours or other content available on the website are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

3. Placing an Order

Once you have placed your order, we will send to you an acknowledgement providing you with an order reference and the value of your order which has been debited to your credit/debit card. Unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order in accordance with the Cancellation and Returns Procedures set out below, our acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place when you receive an email from us notifying you that we have dispatched the goods ordered by you. Our acceptance of your order will be deemed complete and received by you at the time and date of sending of the email, which time and date is specified on the email. 4. Payment

All prices indicated for products available via the website are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are exclusive of delivery charges. Payment can be made by any of the methods specified in the Payment section of this website and payment will be debited and cleared from your account.

6. Acceptance

Upon receipt of the goods you must inspect the goods and you will be deemed to have accepted the goods unless you notify us that you have cancelled the order and/or you return the goods in accordance with the returns procedure. If no such action is taken, we shall not be obliged to accept any rejection of the goods at a later date. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Returns

We hope that you are delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any item in its original condition for a full refund within 14 working days from delivery provided that you tell us within seven working days after the day on which you received the products that you intend to return the item.

Should you wish to cancel your order and return any goods, please notify us within a period of seven working days beginning with the day following the day of delivery to you, by emailing us at service@kikijames.com or by calling us on the following number (9am to 6:30pm Monday to Friday) +44 (0)207 100 2854 and we will provide you with a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN). Please provide full details of the customer order number and the goods which are being returned. Any notice given by you after this period shall not be effective to entitle you to return your goods or receive a refund. Please note that we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used.

Once you receive the RAN , please make sure a brief description of the products being returned, original order number and RAN are enclosed. To help us maintain high standards of future customer service, please indicate the reason (if any) for your return in the space provided. Please retain the Customer Copy of the Returns Form for your records.

Please note that all parcels must be returned within 14 working days of delivery of the goods to you.

Kiki James, London Ltd accepts no liability if you return goods by any method other than a recorded delivery method (one that requires a signature upon receipt). In any event, Kiki James, London Ltd accepts no liability in respect of returned goods unless and until such returned goods have been received by us in their original condition and in their original packaging. Please make sure that the returned package is properly secured and that you have enclosed the necessary returns documentation (including original dispatch note).
