How do I track my order?

Tracking your order is easy. When we ship your goods you will receive an email containing a link direct to our carriers tracking information.

If you have received a tracking number from us you can track your parcel using the following links:

How quickly do you dispatch my goods?

Orders received before 2pm will be sent out the same day using our express next working day courier service. Orders received after 2pm will be sent out the following day using our express next working day courier service. For items that need to be embossed please allow a further 3-5 working days to for your order to be dispatched. If you need your order urgently please call our freephone number 0800 634 4933 and we will do our very best to work within your deadlines.

When will the goods be delivered?

Deliveries can be made to either your home or work address during normal working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm except public holidays. Please make sure that you give us an address where there will be somebody to sign for your parcel otherwise our couriers will be unable to deliver.

Do I have to sign for the items?

Please note that we require all items to be signed for on delivery. Shipping takes place only on working days (unless you have requested a specific Saturday delivery) therefore no dispatches are made on weekends or public holidays. If you work during the week it is advisable to have your order shipped to your work address for ease.

Which Couriers do you use?

UK delivery is by Initial City Link or Royal Mail registered post and international deliveries are by DHL. A signature will be required on receipt of your order, so if no-one is available at the time of delivery then your order will be delivered to the nearest depot and a card will be left giving details of how to arrange collection.
