Delivery & Returns
Important Valentines Delivery Information:
Last Orders for Valentines Day delivery will be Noon Thursday 11th Feb (including items to be personalised) for items in stock at the time. Larger items will be sent using a courier so please ensure that someone is available to sign for it at the delivery address you provide. If you have any queries please do not hesitate to call 0207 100 2854 and we will be happy to advise you.
General delivery information:
We understand that having placed your order you don't want to sit about waiting for it to arrive, so we aim to dispatch your goods as soon as we can and all non-personalised items in stock will be dispatched within 48 hours. (This may increase slightly at busy times such as Christmas, Easter, Valentines Day etc)
Due to the process being carried out by hand please be aware that any personalisation of goods may take up to an additional 3-5 days before they are dispatched. If you however need an item personalised without delay then we do offer an express 1-2 day service for UK mainland deliveries. Please be aware that this timescale may increase slightly at busy times such as Christmas but please call us on 020 7100 2854 as we will always try our best to accommodate urgent requests and will be happy to advise you.
UK deliveries:
Most goods are delivered using DHL so please be aware that your goods may need signing for, however at the request of many of our customers smaller items likely to fit through a standard letter box will be sent out 1st class Royal Mail. We also deliver to work addresses but again a signature is required.
For the UK mainland only, we offer an additional Express Delivery service and a Saturday service too. All of the current costs for our services are outlined below.
Europe / USA / Rest of World:
We will dispatch your goods using DHL and you will be able to track the progress of your goods all the way to your door. You will need to sign for the parcel on delivery.
Costs and Delivery Times:
Please note that the delivery times cover the period from time of dispatch and do not take into account the time needed to process your order or to add personalisation, though we obviously endeavor to do this as quickly as we can. If your order is time sensitive it is always best to call us on +44 (0)207 100 2854 to discuss your requirements in more detail.

Returns:
At Kiki James we aim to design and make products that leave our customers totally happy. If for any reason you're not entirely satisfied with your goods and to give you complete peace of mind about the products you are buying, we offer a 30-day no questions asked refund or exchange policy for all non-personalised products. All we request is that you contact us before you send the items back and that the items are returned to us in their original condition.
Refunds apply to the cost of goods only and not to shipping or return costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Please note that we cannot offer a refund or exchange on items that have been personalised.
To cancel your order and return any goods, please follow the process outlined below:
- Notify us within a period of thirty days from the day of delivery to you by emailing us at customerservice@kikijames.com or by calling us on +44 (0)207 100 2854 from 9am to 6:30pm Monday to Friday. Any notice given by you after this period shall not be effective to entitle 1.you to return your goods or receive a refund. Please note that we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used or goods that have been personalised.
- Provide us with full details of the customer order number and the goods which are being returned including the reason for the return. Once we have received these details we will provide you with a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN).
- Package up the items to be returned – don’t forget to make sure a brief description of the products being returned, original order number and RAN are enclosed. To help us maintain high standards of future customer service, please indicate the reason (if any) for your return.

- Kiki James, London Ltd accepts no liability if you return goods by any method other than a recorded delivery method (one that requires a signature upon receipt). In any event, Kiki James, London Ltd accepts no liability in respect of returned goods unless and until such returned goods have been received by us in their original condition and in their original packaging. Please make sure that the returned package is properly secured and that you have enclosed the necessary returns documentation (including original dispatch note).
